Praising God
Will make this short, as having some laptop issues…had unexpected good news today…the consulate reopened and processed over 100 families’ adoption visas today, including ours! Thank You Father!!! Now we’re just waiting on the paperwork to clear in DC and be given back to our agency rep so Aiden and I can get a flight back to the States! Brad and the boys headed back very early this morning, so Aiden and I are hangin’ loose here. Took a fun trip to a bookstore today and picked up some things that he’s excited about, then had dinner with friends to celebrate after we all had our consulates.

Great that China will allow more family adoptions. Praise G-d for speeding up the bureaucrats. Or was it that G-d just made you more lucky?
Los Angeles has a great group of adoptive parents. They participate in Chinese activities due to their children. It is a benefit for the children to see more than one culture and I am a strong advocate for diversity.
Los Angeles has a strong program for teaching speaking Chinese Language too. Unfortunately some Chinese want their version of Mandarin taught. (The Taiwanese push classical Chinese writing which is harder to read. The mainland characters are simplified.)
I was in prayer for you yesterday. Glad to hear that your paperwork coming through.
